About Us
Velvet Ears Entertainment is an independent animation studio co-founded by teenagers Kash Velasquez and Kanoa Farias. We are a team of talented, inspired creators motivated to bring something incredible to the table.Being inspired by independent animation, shows we've all grown up on, and our own minds, we believe anyone is capable of creating anything. From every corner of the globe, we believe there's nothing we can't tackle.We have grown massively over the year, starting from just a small group of visionaries, brainstorming ideas, to writing scripts unlike anything you've seen. From sketches and animation tests to fully animated scenes.With the goal of changing the limitations of what a bunch of teens can make, Kash and Kanoa built what's known today as Velvet Ears Entertainment.
OUR SHOWS
Conejos is an indie-animated series revolving around our main protagonist Amir living alongside his younger siblings Avery, Arnold, Ashley, and Archi. The rabbit siblings set off to try and find what really happened to their parents, Atlas and Amber, after being murdered! With this overbearing struggle on their shoulder, this family still has to deal with the basic hardships of life.Amir is soon notified by their old foster mother how unaware they really were about their parents’ lives. With that Amir and the rest of the family are set off on a wild adventure looking for mythical shards that unlock their parents' "darkest secrets!" While on the hunt, this family encounters a group of mercenaries on their tail, after them and the mysteries their family kept hidden away.It's an PG-13, action, comedy, drama, Family, Mysterious Sci-Fi, Musical, that will BLOW YOU AWAY with its twists!
